Hopefully these will make me not so pasty white.  And I lost 3 lbs!

Weigh In

I am not weighing myself until Thursday. I sometimes obsessively weigh myself daily, bad idea.

I stuck to the diet except for an add of a 50 calorie piece of cheese at 6pm.  It was awesome.

Total:  1115 Calories.

I also worked out yesterday, I ran for 25 minutes alternating at 5.5 mph and 3.8 mph depending on heart rate, then hit the eliptical for 25 minutes.   According to my Heart Rate monitor, I burned 513 calories. 

Only 5 more days till:

Cabo Prep

6 days people.  I need to lose 3.5-5 lbs before we leave in 6 days.

Here is my emergency diet plan:

7am Breakfast:  Special K Waffle with Peanut Butter     200 calories

Coffee with sugar-free creamer                                    25 calories

10am Snack:  Light Yogurt                                                         70 calories

12pm Lunch:  Soup at Hand Chicken and Stars                  70 calories

3pm Snack:  Almonds and Cranberries trail mix             200 calories

6pm Dinner:  Lean Cuisine Entree                                          350 calories

8pm Dessert:  Ice cream sandwich                                         150 calories

Total                                                                                                  1065 calories

Do you think I can do it?  It’s only 6 days.

I think the hardest part will be the evening.  I always want a glass of wine in the pm.

I don’t have pictures just yet- waiting for Abby on that one.  We had a ton of fun at Beckers Bridal.  I would fully recommend it.  It was fab, and they called me Vogue.  Me, Vouge?  Fantastic.

I also got red tulips for V-Day.  I am a lucky girl.

We are going with Toast and Jam for our Deejay.
