We have a very tiny garage. Very, very tiny. But one thing you cannot find in the city is an attached garage, and we have one. It very much sold me on our condo. Our garage is a one-car and it is very tight on the right and left side of the car. I have never scraped the car, but you-know-who has. A few times.
Luckily, the garage is deep enough that we are able to store a ton of stuff in it. The problem was, that even though everything was in waterproof containers,
they were stacked on top of each other, which led to much frustration when looking for something seldom used. We were able to add shelves yesterday. We bought rubbermaid shelves at Menards and put them in the garage.
These are the shelves we bought (almost double the price at Target then Menards) What a huge difference it made! Here they are in our garage.
You can see that some of the bigger containers don’t fit, so I need to fanagle some setup for them.
Now I just need to stop by the Salvation Army because my trunk is filled with junk to drop off!
