Cabo Prep

6 days people.  I need to lose 3.5-5 lbs before we leave in 6 days.

Here is my emergency diet plan:

7am Breakfast:  Special K Waffle with Peanut Butter     200 calories

Coffee with sugar-free creamer                                    25 calories


10am Snack:  Light Yogurt                                                         70 calories

12pm Lunch:  Soup at Hand Chicken and Stars                  70 calories


3pm Snack:  Almonds and Cranberries trail mix             200 calories

6pm Dinner:  Lean Cuisine Entree                                          350 calories

8pm Dessert:  Ice cream sandwich                                         150 calories

Total                                                                                                  1065 calories

Do you think I can do it?  It’s only 6 days.

I think the hardest part will be the evening.  I always want a glass of wine in the pm.

  2. A glass of wine only has about 100 calories – and you may need a glass of wine to take the edge off after only eating 1065 calories a day…

    Regardless – you can definitely do it for 6 days and then eat and drink whatever you want on vaca!

  3. you could always try the Master Cleanse with lemonade, mayple syrup, and pepper… or just only drink water and wine

  4. I was at the gym yesterday reading about the master cleanse. It looks awful! The problem with the wine is it makes me want to shove chocolate and cheese in my mouth immediately.
